Today’s families are busier than ever. They long for a convenient Italian restaurant that offers more than just pizza. They want a place that feels warm and inviting – and has a menu with lots of variety and flavorful dishes.

When Italian restaurant veteran Joe Bilotti saw that no one in the market was fulfilling this unmet need, Rotelli was born. Since 1999, Rotelli has been growing beyond our Florida roots. We now have stores operating in more than six states and are rapidly expanding into new territories.
